Classes:      

                      2 sessions at 2 hours each for a total of 4 hours.

Dates:          

                      November 1st and 15th

Times:         

                      10:30 to 12:30pm

Fee:              

                      $40.00 for 2 sessions.

Yarn:            

                      Description:  Fingering weight sock yarn

                      Composition: your choice of cotton, wool and blends thereof.

                      Yards: 2-50 gram (approx. 220 yds) or 

                                  1-100 gram (approx. 440 yds.) ball will make 1 pair of socks.

Needles:     

                      Qty: 5

                      Size: 1 to 3 Double Points

                      Length: 5 to 7.5 inch

Pattern:        

                      NAME: Basic Sock Pattern

                      INSTRUCTOR: Linda Lucente

                      DESCRIPTION: Cuff-to-Toe progression knitted on 4 DP needles and

                              a basic heel turn and a Kitchener stitch toe.

                     

Special Instructions: 

                      BEFORE CLASS:  Knit a 3x3 swatch using needles you plan to use.

Skill Level:   

                      Completed at least one basic project.

Comments:  

                      Once you have completed a pair of socks, you will have learned

                      enough skills to complete almost 99% of any other project!
